It means exactly that. If you send us a picture of your bouquet within the first week of receiving it, looking less than blooming we will send you another bouquet completely free of charge. Please do remember the flowers need to be kept in water and fed their flower food. Imagine how you would look and feel with no water or food for a week!
We can accept orders for your chosen day of delivery but are unable to give a specific delivery time. Gift orders will be delivered between the hours of 8am & 8pm in most cases. If your delivery is to a work address, please state the time the recipient leaves work at checkout and we will deliver your order before that time.
We can deliver to hospitals. Please always check if flowers are allowed on the ward before ordering.
If the recipient isn't home, at work or where ever you have advised us to deliver we will initially try to call them on the number you may have provided us with during your booking.
If you haven’t been able to advise us of their mobile phone number contact details we will try to leave them with a close neighbour, colleague and leave a calling card at the recipients address informing them of where the flowers have been left. Alternatively, we will leave a card asking the recipient to contact us to arrange another delivery/collection.
